Mike Buster is the Executive Pastor of the Prestonwood church in Plano, TX.  He earned his Bachelor of Pastoral Ministries degree from the Quachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR.  He then finished his Master of Religious Education Degree from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seiminary in 1983.  Pastor Buster oversees a staff of more than 700 people.  He also serves as an adjunct professor at many Baptist Theological Seminaries and has served on many boards that oversee a variety of ministries and outreach programs.  Pastor Buster often serves as a consultant regarding church growth, church relocation and building programs.
